Performance and maximum control

Dufour 350Standing within the transom area, it becomes immediately obvious that the boat boasts an extensive platform, together with the optional extra seats that can provide an additional level of comfort when steering the DUFOUR 350.

The yacht represents an upgrade on the impressive DUFOUR 350, with the addition of a number of features, many of which came about as a result of feedback from clients. For example, there is a uniquely spacious cockpit area on this 35-foot vessel.

The DUFOUR 350 reflects the product DNA that has made this range of models such a Dufour 350success. This means that hatches have been used to provide additional light to the interior of the boat. At the same time, the cockpit area has been extended, allowing the owner and guests to make the most of the outside space that is available on this yacht.

The main sail is easily controlled from the rear of the boat, ensuring guaranteed performance and maximum control, without having any negative impact on comfort levels within the cockpit. Careful thought has been given to the location of the winches too. They are perfectly positioned for maintaining control of the vessel.

Dufour 350Wide side decks offer enhanced safety and reflect the requirements of many yacht owners. At the front of the boat, the integrated self-tack engine is common to all of the latest DUFOUR models. It allows the size of the sail to be maximised and ensures that manoeuvres are simplified. The sail plan was designed to be efficient and avoids the need to upgrade the existing tall mast.

There is a large space available at the front of the yacht, offering the perfect position for a sunbed. In this area of the boat, there is also an anchor that is larger than that found on many other vessels of the same size. The cutting edge system that is being used has also enabled the fitting of a Code Zero sail, which can be used for closer reaching in light air, or as an alternative to a spinnaker.Dufour 350

The Code Zero system guarantees better performance in all weather conditions and improved safety levels. It also ensures that it’s relatively easy for an individual to sail the yacht without the need for assistance.

Modular solutions combine comfort with flexibility

Dufour 350Entry to the front cabin is provided via double doors, which offer an enhanced feeling of freedom and space. The sense of space becomes obvious in the lounge area. You’ll find two benches, one of which includes transforms into an integrated chart table. Such modular solutions combine comfort with flexibility.

The galley includes a fridge, two sinks and a fully functional oven, together with three Dufour 350burners. An opening port light provides ventilation while cooking. Ample storage space has been provided, including within the body of the main cabin table.

Leather details have been added to remove sharp corners, making it more comfortable to move around the yacht. There are two designs available for buyers of the DUFOUR 350. You can opt to have two cabins within one head, or three cabins with one head. This offers flexibility. You can choose an extended shower compartment or three cabins.

DUFOUR 310 Grand Large: a real challenging vessel


The DUFOUR 310 Grand Large is the smallest yacht that has been constructed by the Dufour Yachts company in the past 20 years. Its development involved considerable challenges. The yacht contains all of the features that you would expect to find on larger vessels. It represents an impressive feat of design and engineering.

New deck Style and safe vessel

Dufour 310The extensive transom offers access to the life raft, together with the double steering controls. The new deck style boasts an increased volume, with the specific intention of maximizing light levels below deck. A number of hatches help to achieve this aim.

The sail system can be fitted to the side of the boat. So, the cockpit area is kept completely clear, without any lines providing obstructions. This is particularly welcome when the yacht is moored or anchored.

Easy passage is provided along the sides of the boat, ensuring that operating the DUFOUR Dufour 310310 is a safe and pleasurable experience. At the front of the boat, a large cockpit anchor locker has space for the anchor, chain and fenders.

The self-tacking equipment, together with the tall mast, has been designed to make it that much easier to manoeuvre the yacht and helps to maximize performance levels. The boom height has also been designed with ease of use in mind, reducing the difficulty associated with handling the boat.

An incredibly sophisticated below deck

Dufour 310Below deck, the DUFOUR 310 Grand Large reveals itself to be an incredibly sophisticated vessel. Its interior is spacious and rewarding. The design allows the provision of two cabins.  The front cabin can be provided with a double bed, which itself folds away. With the bed in the folded position, the entire interior of the boat opens out, providing with an impressive amount of room.

Within the open space, a sofa has been provided, which can quickly be transformed to Dufour 310
provide a fifth berth. This offers the opportunity to ensure that more than four guests can sleep in this 9-metre boat.

Many of the details that have been developed for larger boats within the range are also present on the DUFOUR 310. Close attention has been paid to the ergonomics and general layout of the yacht, avoiding sharp corners and seeking to provide extended curved surfaces where possible.

The galley is well equipped, including a fridge, sink, shelving and an oven, together with two burners. Every aspect of the DUFOUR 310 Grand Large is designed to make the most of the space that’s available. The bottle storage compartment is accessed using a small hatch within the floor of the galley.

A separate compartment offers a shower, while there is also an aft master cabin. The Dufour 310master cabin has good ventilation, taking advantage of a number of opening hatches.

Despite the focus on beautiful design, consideration has also been given to ensuring that there is suitable access to the engine. Such access is available from the sides of the boat, as well as from within the interior. This is allows the owner, or service specialists, to perform appropriate maintenance tasks.
